PETADMIN PRICING EXAMPLE - For 3 licences the initial cost for customers will be £399.00 GBP (plus VAT for UK & EU clients) - this is made up of £249.00 for the first licence and then £75.00 for each additional licence required (i.e. £249.00 + £75.00 + £75.00 = £399.00). The annual support charge for 3 licences will be £125.00 GBP (plus VAT for UK & EU clients) being made up by £75.00 for support costs for the first licence and £25 per each additional licence (i.e. £75.00 + £25.00 + £25.00 = £125.00).

FREE SUPPORT FOR 12 MONTHS INCLUDED - The initial purchase of PetAdmin includes unlimited support and free upgrades to new versions as they become available for 12 months from the date of purchase. Annual support contracts after this first 12 months are available to retain free upgrades and unlimited support calls. Customers who do not take out annual support will NOT BE entitled to free upgrades after their initial purchase, and any support calls made will be charged for on an individual basis 

PETADMIN POSTCODE LOOKUP OPTION - The UK Royal Mail Postcode database is now seamlessly integrated into PetAdmin (it is not a separate application as you get with some products). This is an extra cost option and allows you to fully validate addresses against postcodes, and is invaluable to protect you against customers giving false addresses. The postcode database is licensed annually, and upon annual renewal you will receive an updated postcode database. It can be ordered at any time and is supplied by us on CD. It is simply installed via an easy installation routine into the same directory as PetAdmin.
